Shipping and Delivery Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective 1 October 2026 · Read together with the Terms & Conditions.

The short version. We deliver software and services digitally. Nothing physical is shipped and there are no shipping charges. The delivery date is stated in your written quote.

1. What we deliver

Software, source code or access to a running system, documents and reports, as described in your accepted quotation or proposal.

2. How

Digitally: by a secure download link, by access to a hosted system or code repository, or by email to the address on your order. We confirm delivery in writing.

3. When

On the dates or milestones in the quotation. Delivery times depend on you giving us what we need on time (information, access, decisions and feedback); if that is late, the dates move by the same amount and we tell you. We start after the advance payment is confirmed.

4. Charges

There is no shipping or delivery charge. The only amounts are those in your quotation (see Pricing and Payments).

5. Acceptance

After each delivery you have the review period stated in the quotation (7 days if none is stated) to tell us in writing about anything that does not match what was agreed. We fix agreed items without extra charge. If you do not respond within that time, the delivery is treated as accepted.

6. If something does not arrive

Check your spam folder first. Then write to raajat.agarwal@gmail.com with the subject "Support" and your order or invoice number. We will fix it or tell you what is holding it up.
