Privacy Policy

The short version. We collect the least we need: who you are, how to reach you, what you buy, and the technical records needed to keep our website secure. We do not sell personal data, we do not show advertising, and this website sets no tracking cookies. You can ask us to show, correct or erase your data, and complain to us, and then to the Data Protection Board of India.
1. Who is responsible

For the personal data described in this policy we decide why and how it is used (we are the "Data Fiduciary" under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). Where we process personal data on behalf of a client while building or running their software, the client is the Data Fiduciary and we act on its instructions under our written agreement.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as health records, biometric data, passwords or identity-document images through this website. Our website is not directed at children.
3. Why we use it
- To answer you, prepare quotes, deliver what you ordered and give support.
- To invoice, take payment and meet tax, accounting and company-law duties.
- To handle grievances and data requests.
- To keep our website secure and fix faults.
- To protect or defend legal rights and comply with lawful orders.
We do not use personal data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train artificial-intelligence models. We make no automated decisions about you that have legal effect.

Transfers outside India are made as section 16 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 allows, and we follow any restriction the Central Government notifies.
5. How long we keep it
- Invoices and accounting records: for the period the tax and company laws require.
- Mail and support records: for as long as needed to deal with the matter and any follow-up, then deleted or de-identified, unless a grievance, dispute or legal duty needs them kept longer.
- Website and hosting logs: for a short operational period, and longer where the law requires.
6. Security
We use encrypted connections, store only what we need, limit who can see what, and keep client data separate. No system is perfectly secure; if there is a personal data breach that the law requires us to report, we report it to the Data Protection Board of India and to the people affected.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, complete it, or erase it; to withdraw a consent you gave; and to nominate someone to exercise these rights for you.
