Pricing & Payments

The short version. Our work is quoted to you in writing before you pay anything. Prices are in Indian rupees, GST is shown separately, and every payment gets a GST invoice. We charge nothing that was not agreed in writing.

1. How the price is set

Every piece of work is different, so the price is set for the job. After you tell us what you need, we send a written proposal, order form or quotation that states what is included, what is not, the delivery timeline, the amount in Indian rupees (INR), the tax, and when each payment falls due. The price is the one in your accepted quote. There are no hidden charges.

2. Currency and tax

All amounts are in Indian rupees. GST at the rate that applies (18% at the date of this policy) is shown separately on the quotation and the invoice and is payable in addition to the quoted fee unless the quotation says it is included. We issue a GST invoice for every payment, in the name and GSTIN (if any) you give us.

3. How you pay

We never see or keep your card number or bank login; Razorpay handles the payment under its own terms and security. Payment is confirmed when Razorpay or our bank confirms it, and we then send a receipt and the invoice to the email address on your order.

4. When you pay

As the quotation states: usually an advance before work starts and the balance on stated milestones or on delivery. An invoice is payable within the time stated on it; if none is stated, within 15 days.

5. Changes

The price in an accepted quote does not change unless you ask for extra work, in which case we send a new written quote first. We may change our rates for future quotes at any time; a quote you have accepted is not affected.
